Worthington Man Arrested On Identity Theft Charge

(Orange City)– An investigation into a traffic accident near Sioux Center back on May 12th of this year has resulted in a Worthington, Minnesota man being charged with identity theft and forgery.

Authorities say the charges were filed against 43-year-old Jose Sebastian-Bartolon of Worthington.

He’s accused of using someone else’s name and social security number to get a job at a Sioux Center egg processing company.

Bartolon was booked into the Sioux county jail.
