(Spencer)– A weekend traffic stop in Clay county has resulted in the arrest of a Hartley man on drug charges.
Clay county authorities say a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle shortly before 2:00 a.m. Saturday that resulted in the arrest of 25-year-old Benjamin Irmiter of Hartley.
Upon investigating deputies determined Irmiter was allegedly possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Irmiter was booked into the Clay county jail.
