(Sibley)– A search of a residence at 612 5th Street in Sibley has resulted in a number of drug charges against one person.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted Wednesday and resulted in officers finding drug paraphernalia and controlled substances.
19-year-old Joseph Daggett was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdmeanor; possession of a controlled susbstance with intent to deliver…a class “D” felony; possession of contraband in a controlled facility…a class “D” felony; and failure to affix a drug tax stamp…also a class “D” felony.
Daggett was booked into the Osceola county jail on a 30-thousand dollar bond.
