(Sibley)– Osceola county authorities have charged a Hartley woman with operating a motor vehicle while drugged, first offense.
The Sheriff’s Office says the charge against 20-year-old Rebecca Faulkner is based on findings of a DCI lab report on some evidence gathered in a traffic stop in November of last year when she was initially charged with possession of a controlled substance. Authorities say the lab report came back positive for marijuana.
Operating a motor vehicle while drugged is a serious misdemeanor.
