(Sibley)– Drug charges have been filed against an Ocheyedan man in connection with a traffic stop back in October, 2006 that resulted in deputies finding a substance alleged to be marijuana.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Scott Hanson was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and operating while intoxicated and drugged…first offense.
Authorities say the charges were based on results of lab tests conducted by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation. The tests were conducted on some drug paraphernalia found during the traffic stop.
Each charge is a serious misdemeanor.
