(Spencer)– A traffic stop last week in Clay county has resulted in drug charges against several area teens.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle and that a subsequent search turned up marijuana, paraphernalia, a digital scale and about 378-dollars in cash.
18-year-old Misty Henderson of Spencer was charged with possession of marijuana and was booked into the Clay county jail.
Also arrested was a 17-year-old male juvenile from Spirit Lake who was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and driving under suspension. He was released on a juvenile citation.
Also arrested was a 15-year-old juvenile female from Spencer who was charged with possession of marijuana. She was also released on a juvenile citation.
