(Graettinger)– Palo Alto county authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in looking for a dog that bit a five-year-old girl this (Friday) morning.
Sheriff Dennis Goeders says the girl was bitten around 8:00 a.m. near a school bus stop.
The girl needed six inches after she was bitten on the lip.
The dog is described as a black lab that’s wearing a red or orange collar.
Goeders says the girl will have to take a series of rabies shots if the dog isn’t found.
