(Spirit Lake)– The Dickinson county board of supervisors Tuesday approved an engineering agreement for a road project in the West Sioux Estates subdivision.
The project consists of grading and paving 193rd Avenue in that area at an estimated cost of 294,350-dollars. Of that, 21,500-dollars is for engineering.
The project will be funded through a Tax Increment Finance District that’s been established in that area.
The engineering agreement is with Jacobson-Westegard.
The supervisors approved a similar engineering agreement several weeks ago for a project in the Shore Acres area on the northwest side of Big Spirit Lake. It will also be funded through Tax Increment Financing.
