(Spencer)– A man wanted out of Emmet county for contempt of court on 57 counts of harassment has been arrested.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Brandon Cresap of Cherokee was arrested during a traffic stop Wednesday evening on Highway 10 near Peterson.
He was booked into the Clay county jail and was later released after posting bond.
