(Spencer)– Charges have been filed against three people in connection with an underage alcohol party this past weekend in Clay county.
Authorities say they responded to a complaint of an underage party at 3870 110th Avenue in Clay county Saturday. Two juveniles and one adult were arrested. 18-year-old Joshua Olin of Royal, a 16-year-old female from Greenville and a 16-year-old from Peterson were arrested and released to the custody of their parents.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says it’s investigation continues and more charges are pending.
