(Superior)– A Superior man has been arrested and charged in connection with a string of burglaries and thefts over the past several months in the Superior area.
19-year-old Michael Behrends, Junior of Superior was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of third degree burglary…all class “D” felonies; threat of terrorism…a class “D” felony; conspiracy to commit terrorism…a class “D” felony; delivery of a controlled substance…a class “D” felony; and tampering with an anhydrous ammonia tank…a serious misdemeanor.
Behrends was booked into the Dickinson county jail and is awaiting an initial court appearance.
The Superior Police Department was assisted by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office, Milford Police Department and the Spirit Lake Police Department.
