Spirit Lake police arrested two men Friday after receiving a tip they were smoking marijuana in an apartment about 4:30 in the afternoon. After being dispatched to the scene officers confirmed the smell of marijuana and got a search warrant for 505 16th Street. Inside they charged 19 year old Ricky Aaron Bouslaugh and 20 year old James Edmund McReaken Wallace with possession of a controlled substance marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were both booked into the Dickinson County jail.
