Spencer’s Kiwanis Clubs Make Donation To Spencer Fire Dept. In Memory Of Doug Duncan

(Spencer)– Spencer’s three Kiwanis Clubs have made a combined donation to the Spencer Fire Department in memory of Doug Duncan, who served many years as Fire Chief. Duncan was also a longtime member of the Spencer Kiwanis After Five club.

Chief Jesse Coulson says they plan to combine the $600 donation with contributions from Duncan’s family for a firefighter memorial site.

Duncan served as Spencer’s Fire Chief for more than 27 years. He passed away in February of this year.
