(Spencer)– The Spencer Retail Kickstarter Committee has awarded a $20,500 grant to assist a local business. Jennifer Lange is acquiring Speed Printers in Spencer and plans to expand the operation.
The Spencer Retail Kickstarter Committee consists of representatives from the city of Spencer, several banks, Spencer Main Street, Spencer Municipal Utilities and the Spencer Chamber. The program was started in 2018 to assist in the recruitment and retention of businesses in Spencer. To date it’s provided assistance to 14 businesses.
