A Spencer man has been arrested in Lyon county after allegedly taking a car in Spencer. 21 year old Casey George LeClair was charged with operating without the owner’s consent, operating a vehicle while his license was revoked, 3rd offense OWI, and 4th degree criminal mischief. Spencer police have also charged LeClair with criminal mischeif and operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
