(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been arrested for allegedly making a terroristic threat.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Spencer Police were called to Eaton Corporation’s plant in Spencer Sunday after receiving a complaint.
Following an investigation, 19-year-old William Clinkenbeard was arrested for threats of terrorism after comments he allegedly made at the plant.
Clinkenbeard was arrested without incident at a Spencer residence. He’s being held in the Clay county jail on bond of 9,750-dollars.
