(Spencer)– A rural Spencer man has been charged for allegedly shooting a 16-year-old in the face with an air gun, causing injury.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Shilo Kristofer Smith has been charged with assault…a serious misdemeanor. He was booked into the Clay county jail and has since been released after posting bond.
