(West Des Moines)– The Spencer Main Street Program was among those recognized during the 2026 Main Street Iowa Development Awards ceremony earlier this week in West Des Moines.
Katie Techen of the Spencer Main Street program was among those receiving leadership awards, which recognizes volunteers who make significant contributions to the program.
Nancy Naeve of Spencer Main Street was recognized for her nine years of service as the organization’s Executive Director.
The Spencer Main Street Program received its official designation from state officials in 1987.
