Congratulations to the Spencer Girls Swim Team who swam Thursday night at the Fort Dodge Invitational. Spencer placed first out of 8 teams scoring 296.5 with Sioux City Metro receiving 234 points in second place.
Taylor Sieperda placed first in the 50 free and 100 back. The 200 medley relay (Tayor Sieperda, Cassidy Fox, Erin Dau, & Emma Dau) the 200 free relay (Taylor Sieperda, Emma Dau, Cassie Soma, and Jess Nelson) and the 400 free relay (Krista Determan, Emma Dau, Jess Nelson, and Erin Dau) received gold medals. Emma Dau, Cassidy Fox and Erin Dau also received silver medals in their individual performances.
