Special Honors Bestowed At Recent ILCC Graduation Ceremony

(Estherville)– Some special honors were presented during recent graduation exercises at Iowa Lakes Community College.

Melissa Studer was named the 2026 recipient of the Jim Hall Outstanding Alumni Award for outstanding support of community, business, and service organizations while serving as a positive role model. Studer is the Chief Aging Services Officer with the Palo Alto County Health System and is a member of the Iowa Healthcare Quality Improvement Advisory Council.

In addition, three ILCC students were presented with the John P. “Jack” Kibbie Outstanding Service Award for 2026. They include Spencer Kober of Rochester, Minnesota and Jazmine Besaw and Grace Lutat, both of Estherville.
