(St. James, Mn.)– A two-vehicle collision Sunday evening on Highway 60 near St. James injured a Spirit Lake man.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 20-year-old Garret Schellenberg of Spirit Lake was driving a 1997 Oldsmobile westbound on Highway 60 and 74-year-old Sharon Mordorski of Minneapolis was driving a 2007 Toyota Highlander southbound exiting a rest area. Troopers say the two vehicles collided in the left lane of westbound Highway 60.
Schellenberg and a passenger in his vehicle, 20-year-old Jeremiah Cash of Craig, Nebraska, sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken by ambulance to the St. James hospital. Mordorski was seriously injured and was taken by ambulance to a Mankato hospital.
The collision took place around 5:40 pm.
