(Estherville)– Spirit Lake School Superintendent Doctor Tim Grieves is one of four finalists for the President’s position at Iowa Lakes Community College.
The other three are Dr. Robert Exley, Vice President of Academic Affairs at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs; Dr. Harold Prior, Superintendent of the Algona Community School District; and Douglas Williams, Vice President for Business Services at Des Moines Area Community College.
Following a meeting of the Iowa Lakes Community College Presidential Search Committee Thursday, the college’s board of trustees accepted the committee’s recommendation to interview the four candidates. Interviews are scheduled for the week of January 16th and a decision is expected to be made by the end of the month.
Current President Dr. Mike Hupfer announced his retirement last September.
