(Spirit Lake)– A report of a disturbance last weekend at a Spirit Lake apartment has resulted in charges against two people.
Spirit Lake police say they were notified around 6:50 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance at an apartment at 606 Lake Street.
An investigation resulted in 50-year-old Timothy Schultz of Spirit Lake being arrested for domestic assault and 37-year-old Bobbi Jo Wood of Spirit Lake who was arrested for possession of a controlled substance to wit: cocaine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The department’s K-9 Unit, Zeke, was utilized in the investigation.
