(Sibley)– Additional charges have been filed against a Sibley man for allegedly becoming unruly while being booked into jail on simple misdemeanor theft and public intoxication charges early Saturday.
Authorities say 21-year-old Christopher Matschi was also charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and assault on a peace officer…both serious misdemeanors; and interference with official acts…a simple misdemeanor.
