Sibley Altercation Results In Charges Against Four Men

(Sibley)– Charges have been filed against several people in connection with an altercation Friday in Sibley.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says it received a call from a citizen regarding suspicious activity in downtown Sibley. Upon investigating, deputies discovered a fight had taken place involving several people. Their investigation resulted in the arrests of 26-year-old Francisco Velasquez who was charged with disorderly conduct; 19-year-old Evan Perez was charged with disorderly conduct and person under legal age; Jose Aguilar was arrested for disorderly conduct and falsifying public records due to allegedly possessing an altered resident alien card; and Samuel Hernandez was charged with fifth degree criminal mischief and person under the legal age.
