(Peterson)– A search warrant executed back on July 16th in Peterson landed two men in jail on drug charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted at 9 East 3rd Street in Peterson where deputies found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
50-year-old Norman Escalera was charged with possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense…a class “D” felony; 31-year-old Tyrel McCallister was charged with possession of marijuana…3rd offense, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Both were additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were booked into the Clay County Jail.
