(Spirit Lake)– Drug charges have been filed against a Spirit Lake man after authorities executed a search warrant Tuesday on his residence.
Spirit Lake police say the search was conducted around 6:20 a.m. It resulted in 51-year-old Clifford Moriston being arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…third offense…and aggravated misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor; and two counts of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription…both serious misdemeanors.
Moriston was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
