(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against two Spencer residents as the result of a search warrant that was executed earlier this week on their residence.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Spencer Police conducted the search Wednesday evening at 104 East Second street in Spencer. It turned up several items of drug paraphernalia. 24-year-old Justin Jacob Smith and 19-year-old Monica Schneider were arrested and booked into the Clay county jail on bond of 325-dollars.
