Search Is On For Jackson Bank Robber

(Jackson, Mn.)– Jackson county, Minnesota authorities are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with a robbery Tuesday at United Prairie Bank in Jackson.

Authorities say they received a 911 call around 10:20 a.m. stating the bank had been robbed.

A suspect described as a six-foot caucasian male weighing 190 to 200 pounds entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The teller handed over the money, and the suspect fled on foot.

The suspect was wearing a long-sleeved, blue and white pin-striped shirt, blue jeans, wrap-around dark sunglasses and a baseball cap (see photo).

Jackson police aren’t saying whether a weapon was used, nor are they saying how much money the suspect got away with.
