(Fairmont, Mn.)– One person was sent to the hospital Wednesday when an SUV collided with a scooter. It happened at an intersection in Fairmont.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Xue Schrader of Fairmont was driving a 2019 Honda Pilot and 22-year-old Elijah Thompson of Fairmont was operating the scooter.
Thompson was taken to the Fairmont hospital. His injuries were described as non-life threatening.
The collision took place a little after 12:30 pm.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Fairmont Police and Mayo Ambulance assisted on the scene.
