(Spencer)– A rural Milford man has been arrested on multiple firearms charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Victor Hales has been charged with 10 counts of possession and control of firearms by a felon.
Authorities say the arrest and charges stem from a search warrant that was executed recently at Hales’ residence at 2715 270th Avenue. The search turned up 10 firearms and miscellaneous ammunition.
Hales was arrested and transported to the Clay county jail.
