(Spencer)– A Royal man faces multiple charges in a domestic disturbance this past weekend in Royal.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called a little before 10:30 pm Saturday to an address in Royal after the victim reported she had been assaulted. Deputies observed injuries consistent with the assault.
A suspect, 25-year-old Kyler Hendricks, was located about 20 minutes later in O’Brien county and was taken into custody. He was booked into the Clay County Jail on charges of domestic abuse assault…impeding air or blood flow causing bodily injury; interference with official acts and obstruction of emergency communications.
