(Emmetsburg)– Palo Alto county authorities say they’ve made an arrest in connection with a burglary back on May 9th, 2005 at the Lakeland EZ Stop in Ruthven.
Numerous items were taken. Authorities say entry was gained by breaking out a window.
Palo Alto County Sheriff Dennis Goeders says an investigation resulted in a complaint of burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony…being filed against Terry Wayne Brown, Junior of Spencer.
Goeders says Brown turned himself in this past Friday. He was booked into the Palo Alto county jail on 13,950-dollars bond.
Goeders says Brown was also wanted on a warrant for probation revocation. He’s being held on on a 6,500-dollar cash bond for that charge.
