The Okoboji boys picked up their first win of the season Tuesday night, topping Sibley Ocheyedan 70-63 in Milford. The Pioneers were led by Holt Hunziker with 25 points. 3 others were in double figures, with Alex Heller chipping in 14, Jake Dodge 12, and Tyeson Barnett 10.
The Okoboji girls are now 8-2 after a 41-30 win over Sibley Ocheyedan Tuesday night. The Pioneers finished 2 in double figures led by Abby Taylor with 13 and Darby Jones with 11. Megan Peschong hit double figures in rebounds with 10 to go along with her 7 points. Okoboji hosts Sioux Center Friday night. You can hear both boys and girls games on Q102.
