Ocheyedan Man Pleads Guilty To Burglary Charges

(Sibley)– An Ocheyedan man has pleaded guilty to a burglary charge in connection with the thefts of tools and gas from various locations in rural Osceola county.

19-year-old Treven Howard pleaded guilty to burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony. A prison term of not to exceed five years was suspended. Howard was placed on probation for five years and ordered to make restitution.

Howard also pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted burglary in the third degree and was sentenced to 45 days in jail along with two years of probation.
