(Milford)– The Milford City Council Monday evening scheduled public hearings to revise an already existing urban renewal area and to create a new one.
The city plans to expand the already existing Milford South Industrial Urban Renewal Area. At the same time, it’s also looking to establish a new designation known as the 2026 Harvest Hills Urban Renewal Area on the northwest side of Milford near the site of the new elementary school for a residential development in that area.
The hearings will be held at the council’s July 27th meeting.
