(Spirit Lake)– Republican State Representative Mike May of Spirit Lake says he’ll seek a second term at the Iowa Statehouse.
May tells KUOO news he’s very proud of what he was able to accomplish in his first term, siting passage of a bill increasing boat registration fees as an example.
May says much more remains to be done and he wants to be a part of it.
May says education and regionalizing economic development are just a couple of the major issues he looks forward to dealing with in the upcoming legislative session.
