The Dickinson county sheriff’s department says they apprehended a man from Wisconsin over the weekend. Officers acted on a tip that 24 year old Aaron Nicholas Black, who was wanted for escaping from police custody in Neillsville Wisconsin was in Milford. A news release from the Sheriff’s department says Black was located at 1020 Okoboji Avenue and arrested without incident.
