(Arnolds Park)– A lakes area bank has a new President.
Jason Birt, a Sac City native, has been named the new President at Liberty Bank in Arnolds Park, succeeding Jerry Adams who has been transferred to Naples, Florida where Liberty Bank is opening a new facility under a brand new charter. The new bank has an impressive 85 million dollars in starting assets.
Birt and Adams officially start in their new positions February 1st.
Adams says he and his family will miss the Iowa Great Lakes, but also look forward to the sunshine and warmth of Florida.
Birt says he’s excited to begin his new job as President and looks forward to meeting lakes area residents.
