(Estherville)– Iowa Lakes Community College has been named a “finalist” in the National Bellwether Competition.
The college became a finalist after it responded to a 2006 Community College Futures Assembly call for proposals focused on “new rules of business”. The college submitted an application featuring its Wind Energy and Turbine Technology degree program.
Three representatives of Iowa Lakes will travel to Orlando, Florida in January to deliver their presentation before a selection committee. Recipients will be announced at an awards luncheon at the conference.
