(Graettinger)– The Graettinger-Terril and Ruthven-Ayrshire School Districts have announced the selection of Jeff Dicks as interim superintendent, pending formal approval by both school boards.
Dicks retired as Superintendent at Newell-Fonda in 2024 and most recently served as an interim Superintendent at Estherville-Lincoln Central. He has more than two decades of educational leadership experience.
Dicks succeeds Marshall Lewis who was abruptly placed on leave by the two districts earlier this month. No reason was given for the action. Revelations of some financial discrepancies surrounding some sharing agreements had been made public a number of weeks prior to that.
