(Lake Park)– Fire destroyed an outbuilding Thursday on a farm about a mile northeast of Lake Park.
Lake Park Fire Chief Brandon Ehret says firefighters were called to the farm site owned by Keith Sievers shortly before 5:30 p.m. Ehret says the building was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived. The building and its contents were a total loss. Some older machinery and other items were being stored in it.
The cause of the blaze isn’t known. Ehret says there was no electricity going to the building.
No injuries were reported.
The Lake Park Fire Department was on the scene about two hours.
