Farmers Savings Bank to Open New Location

Farmers Savings Bank of Milford and Fostoria has announced its expanding to Spirit Lake with the purchase of 1109 18th St. The new location will feature a modern design, drive thru, ATM and both consumer and business banking services. President Brad Simington says the move reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to community growth and personalized service. The branch is slated to open in the spring of 2026 and a grand opening celebration will be announced at a later date.
