(Estherville)– The new President of Iowa Lakes Community College has taken office.
July 1st was the first official day on the job for Harold Prior, who has actually been working some half days since retiring as Superintendent of the Algona School District in February.
Prior tells KUOO news his transition to the ILCC presidency was a smooth one, thanks in large part to the college’s faculty and administrators.
Prior says the people and the programs are ILCC’s strongest assets and he says the college will continue to play a crucial role in assisting economic development in merged area three.
