Disturbance Investigation Lands Spencer Man In Jail On Multiple Charges

(Fostoria)– An investigation by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office into a report of a disturbance this past Friday landed a Spencer man in jail on multiple charges.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the call on 1st Avenue Southwest in Fostoria a little after 3:30 am Friday.

48-year-old Tyson Robbins was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, criminal mischief in the 4th degree, harrassment in the 1st degree, attempted burglary in the 2nd degree, disorderly conduct, interference with official acts, reckless driving, failure to provide proof of financial liability and no valid vehicle registration.

Robbins remains held in the Clay County Jail.
