(Des Moines, IA) — Governor Kim Reynolds has issued a disaster proclamation for Osceola county in the aftermath of severe storms. It’s the result of severe weather starting on June 29th.
The proclamation activates the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and the Disaster Case Advocacy Program and allows state resources to be used in recovery efforts.
The proclamation takes effect immediately and will remain in effect for 30 days unless terminated early or extended.
