(Arnolds Park)– The deadline for nominating someone for Winter Games Cheerleader is quickly approaching.
Eight Dickinson county residents with a cheerful disposition, generous heart and a passion for promoting the Iowa Great Lakes Area will be chosen by the Winter Games Committee to participate as cheerleaders January 27th through the 29th. Nomination forms are available at the Chamber of Commerce Office in the Okoboji Spirit Center in Arnolds Park. They are due back by Tuesday, January 3rd.
Cheerleaders will be chosen at the upcoming University of Okoboji Winter Games Committee meeting which will be held Monday, January 9th at 5:30 p.m. at the Hedberg Theatre in the Okoboji Spirit Center. Final details will be discussed at that time.
