(Spencer)– The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation will hold a Conversational Management Workshop Wednesday, February 18th from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at the Northwest Bank Corporate Office in Spencer.
Presenter Tim Cosby will introduce a coaching model that leverages real-time conversations on the job, shop floor, office, over the phone or traveling to visit a client. The presentation will show how a majority of leadership development actually happens on the job through every day interactions.
