(Milford)– Charges have been filed against the Manager of Zippers…a Milford gentleman’s club.
The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation has charged 25-year-old Michael Harbst of Spirit Lake with two counts of indecent exposure, allowing females to perform without properly covering their nipples; and one count of allowing simulated sex acts. Each charge is a serious misdemeanor.
The charges stem from a routine visit of the establishment by undercover DCI vice agents. Chris Paulson of the DCI’s Central Iowa Gaming Division says undercover agents routinely visit such establishments.
Michael Harbst was freed after posting bond of 3,900-dollars.
The arrest was made last Friday evening.
