(Spencer)– A Spencer child was taken to the hospital after he hit a vehicle while riding his bike last week.
Spencer police say five-year-old Nicholas Mills was injured last Wednesday after he ran into a car while riding his bike on second avenue east.
Authorities say Mills was southbound when he failed to stop at the stopsign at east fourth street and struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Michael Skonhovd of Spencer.
Mills was taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital with unknown injuries. He was treated and released.
No charges were filed.
